## Who we are

Atakan Recovery Services is an independent service that helps people recover social media accounts and remove harmful content through the official processes of each platform. We are not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube or X. You can reach us through our [contact page](https://atakanrecoveryservices.com/contact/).

## What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, your contact details, the account or content concerned and the details of your case. We do not ask for, and do not want, passwords or verification codes.

## How we use it

To assess your case, to communicate with you and to carry out work you have approved. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

## Storage and retention

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and kept only as long as needed for your case and for any legal obligations.

## Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or Turkey's KVKK, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

## Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice may be remembered in your browser.

## Terms of service

The assessment is free and creates no obligation. Paid work starts only after you approve the scope and fee in writing. Because platforms make the final decision, we cannot guarantee any outcome. We may decline any case, including cases involving accounts you cannot show are yours.
