Four rules we keep on every case
They exist because most problems in this field start with someone breaking one of them.
- 01
No passwords
We never ask for your password, at any stage, for any service. Nothing we do requires it.
- 02
No verification codes
Two-factor codes, ID checks and video selfies stay on your own device and are completed by you.
- 03
Official routes only
Appeals, reports and verification requests go through each platform's own forms and channels.
- 04
Honest assessment first
If a case is not realistically winnable, we say so before any work begins. Terms are agreed upfront.
How a case runs
Four steps, from your first message to the result.
- 01
Tell us what happened
Send the username, what the platform showed you and when it happened. Screenshots help.
- 02
Free assessment
We check which official route is still open and give you an honest view of your chances and the likely timeline.
- 03
Work begins with your approval
We prepare and submit everything through the platform's official channels and follow up on every response.
- 04
Result in writing
You get a clear summary of the outcome, including the platform's response where there is one.
Us vs. a typical “recovery” offer
Many people find us after someone else has already approached them. This is how to tell the difference.
| Atakan Recovery | Typical DM offer | |
|---|---|---|
| Your password | Never asked for | Asked for straight away |
| ID checks and codes | Done by you, on your device | They ask you to send codes |
| Route | The platform's official forms | A claimed “insider contact” |
| Promise | Honest assessment, no false guarantees | “Guaranteed unlock within hours” |
| Payment | Agreed in writing after a free assessment | Crypto or gift cards upfront |
| Other people's accounts | Always declined | Offered for a fee |
How to spot a recovery scam
People who have just lost an account are a favorite target. Walk away from anyone who:
Hi! I work with Meta's support team.2 I can unlock your account today, guaranteed.3 Just send me your password and the 6-digit code you received.1
- 1asks for your password or the code you just received
- 2claims to work for Meta, TikTok or Google, or to have an insider there
- 3guarantees a result or promises an unlock within hours
- 4wants payment in crypto or gift cards before looking at your case
- 5offers to get into an account that is not yours
If someone using our name does any of this, it is not us. Our only channels are the ones listed on our contact page.

Instagram account suspended: what to do first
A suspension notice is stressful, but the first hours matter more than anything you do later. Here is a calm, step-by-step plan.
Read the guideInstagram hacked and the email changed: what to do now
When someone takes over an Instagram account, they usually change the email and phone number first. Instagram has an official way to undo that, and speed matters.

If you can't remember your password, Instagram can send a login link to the email address or phone number on your account. It takes a minute when you still have access to one of them.

Deactivating and deleting look similar but end very differently. A deactivated account comes back when you log in; a deleted one can only be saved within a short window.

Common questions
See all questionsCan any account be recovered?
No. The final decision always belongs to the platform. Recovery is realistic when an official appeal or recovery route is still open and you can show the account is yours. We tell you in the free assessment whether that is the case.
How long does it take?
It depends on the platform and the type of case. Some cases are resolved in days; cases that need escalation after a first rejection can take several weeks. You get a case-specific estimate in the free assessment.
How much does it cost?
The assessment is free. If we take on your case, the fee depends on the type of case and its complexity, and it is agreed with you in writing before any work starts. There are no hidden extras.
Will you ask for my password?
Never. No legitimate recovery process requires your password or your two-factor codes. If anyone using our name asks for them, it is not us.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and nobody honestly can. Platforms make the final decision. What we promise is an honest assessment, a careful process through official channels and clear communication at every step.
Tell us what happened.
The assessment is free and there is no obligation. If we can't help, we will tell you.
We never ask for your password or verification codes.
