Before you start
Can any account be recovered?
No. The final decision always belongs to the platform. Recovery is realistic when an official appeal or recovery route is still open and you can show the account is yours. We tell you in the free assessment whether that is the case.
How long does it take?
It depends on the platform and the type of case. Some cases are resolved in days; cases that need escalation after a first rejection can take several weeks. You get a case-specific estimate in the free assessment.
Should I try the platform's own recovery first?
Yes, if you haven't already. The official self-service routes are free and sometimes enough. Avoid submitting the same appeal again and again, though, because repeated or inconsistent submissions can make a case harder. If you are unsure, ask us before you click.
Which platforms do you work with?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X and Google. Account recovery covers Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube; impersonation and content removal also cover X and Google search results.
Payment and terms
How much does it cost?
The assessment is free. If we take on your case, the fee depends on the type of case and its complexity, and it is agreed with you in writing before any work starts. There are no hidden extras.
When do I pay?
Payment terms are part of the written agreement you approve before work begins, so you know exactly what you pay and when. Nothing is charged for the assessment.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and nobody honestly can. Platforms make the final decision. What we promise is an honest assessment, a careful process through official channels and clear communication at every step.
Security and privacy
Will you ask for my password?
Never. No legitimate recovery process requires your password or your two-factor codes. If anyone using our name asks for them, it is not us.
Who completes ID checks and video selfies?
You do, on your own device. These steps exist to confirm the real owner, and that is exactly why we never do them for you.
What do you do with my information?
We use it only to assess and work on your case. It is not sold or shared with third parties, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Can you get into someone else's account?
No. We only work on accounts that belong to you or to a business you represent, and we turn down any request to access another person's account.
