In short
Do you need my password to recover my account?
No. Recovery runs through the platform's own appeal and verification routes. Any step that needs your identity, such as a code, an ID check or a video selfie, is done by you on your own device.
Can you guarantee that my account comes back?
No one can. The platform makes the final decision. We give you an honest assessment before you commit, and handle the process carefully through official channels.
The process, step by step
- 01
Tell us what happened
Send us the username, the platform, what the notice said and roughly when it happened. A screenshot of the notice, or of any emails from the platform, is the most useful thing you can share.
- 02
Free assessment
We work out which restriction or problem you are facing, whether an official route is still open, and what evidence will matter. You get an honest answer, including when we think we can't help.
- 03
Work begins with your approval
Once you agree to the terms, we prepare the appeal, report or verification request and submit it through the platform's official channels. We follow up on responses and escalate where that is possible.
- 04
Result in writing
When the case closes, you get a written summary of what was done and what the platform decided, plus advice on keeping the account safe.
What you can count on
- 01
No passwords
We never ask for your password, at any stage, for any service. Nothing we do requires it.
- 02
No verification codes
Two-factor codes, ID checks and video selfies stay on your own device and are completed by you.
- 03
Official routes only
Appeals, reports and verification requests go through each platform's own forms and channels.
- 04
Honest assessment first
If a case is not realistically winnable, we say so before any work begins. Terms are agreed upfront.
Cases we turn down
We say no to some requests outright, whatever the story behind them:
- Getting into an account that does not belong to you or your business
- Taking down someone's account or content because you disagree with them
- Removing honest reviews or legitimate criticism
- Accounts removed for serious violations such as fraud or child-safety issues
- Anything that would mean getting around a platform's security
Try the free official routes first
Platforms offer free self-service help that sometimes solves the problem on its own. It is worth a careful try before you pay anyone, including us.
How to spot a recovery scam
People who have just lost an account are a favorite target. Walk away from anyone who:
Hi! I work with Meta's support team.2 I can unlock your account today, guaranteed.3 Just send me your password and the 6-digit code you received.1
- 1asks for your password or the code you just received
- 2claims to work for Meta, TikTok or Google, or to have an insider there
- 3guarantees a result or promises an unlock within hours
- 4wants payment in crypto or gift cards before looking at your case
- 5offers to get into an account that is not yours
If someone using our name does any of this, it is not us. Our only channels are the ones listed on our contact page.

Should I try the platform's own recovery first?
Yes, if you haven't already. The official self-service routes are free and sometimes enough. Avoid submitting the same appeal again and again, though, because repeated or inconsistent submissions can make a case harder. If you are unsure, ask us before you click.
Who completes ID checks and video selfies?
You do, on your own device. These steps exist to confirm the real owner, and that is exactly why we never do them for you.
What do you do with my information?
We use it only to assess and work on your case. It is not sold or shared with third parties, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
